Highlight is Employee-Owned through our Employee Stock Ownership
Plan (ESOP). An ESOP is an employee benefit plan that gives ownership to
employees company-wide through shares of company stock. At
At Highlight we refer to our team members as “Employee Owners”
because together we share in the company’s growth and success.

According to NCEO, employees of ESOP-owned
companies make 5 to 12% more in wages and
have almost three times the retirement assets
as workers in similar non-ESOP companies.
